The suite was spacious, but the A/C didn’t cool well.

Unfortunately, my experience was not entirely positive. The air conditioning in my room was less effective than I had hoped, making it uncomfortable at times. I also noticed that there was no trash bin in the room, which made for an inconvenient stay. I was concerned about the safety of my belongings as I couldn't lock the lateral door to my room.

i’ll start by saying that the decor of the double room was quite charming, but it lacks essential bins and storage. also, one night the jazz music was left playing, ruining my peace! i thought at least a complimentary gesture would be offered. but i guess the staff just didn’t think i was worth it.

The location was ideal, with easy access to the vibrant old town and a charming plaza outside. Rooms were stylish and bright, providing a tranquil escape despite the surroundings. Breakfast was delightful, featuring fresh produce, though it was served in a separate cafe, which could be a minor inconvenience.

We had an amazing family stay at this charming boutique hotel! Enjoying the local breakfast was a real treat, and the staff attentively helped us with our dogs. A visit to the beautiful Puerto de Ciutadella de Menorca was definitely a highlight for the family.

I had a wonderful experience at this charming boutique hotel in Ciutadella. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of delicious options crafted by the owner herself, who was always around to share great local tips. My room was spacious with big windows that overlooked the lovely piazza, creating a peaceful oasis despite being in the city center. One minor drawback was that the breakfast room could have used a bit more warmth during our stay.

The hotel offers beautiful decor, a fantastic location near the old town, and a lovely private balcony for easy relaxation.

This hotel was a great match for a weekend in Ciutadella with the best value. The coffee served in the morning was freshly brewed and really hit the spot. Bring some snacks, as the room could use a small fridge for storing them.
